Refund policy

We want you to love OFFDUNE. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns. We accept returns of unused, unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't restock opened cosmetic products. Return shipping is free — email hello@offdune.co with your order number to start.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email a photo to hello@offdune.co within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Exchanges. The fastest way to swap is to return the original (once the return is accepted) and place a new order.
