Product use. OFFDUNE™ Reset Powder is a cosmetic for external use only. Use as directed on the label — keep away from eyes and mouth, do not inhale, keep out of reach of children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Reset Powder is a cosmetic product; these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Orders & pricing. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel or limit orders (for example, suspected resale or address errors) with a full refund. Returns and shipping are governed by our Return & Refund and Shipping policies.

Intellectual property. OFFDUNE™, the sun-and-dune mark, "The Golden Hour Ritual.", and all site content are the property of OFFDUNE LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFFDUNE LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
